The Knowledge of the Holy

I finished this book tonight. Wow. "The low view of God entertained almost universally among Christians is the cause of a hundred lesser evils everywhere among us." This sentence, penned almost 50 years ago in the preface of this book, is even more true of Christianity today. This is a fantastic book that re-introduces us to God Almighty through a chapter by chapter description of God's attributes. It is immediately going on my top shelf.
