The last few weekends we have spent Saturday morning hiking with the boys. We have had so much fun together exploring the trails in the Organ mountains near our house. Even though it is mountainous, the trails still look like the desert. It is mostly rocks and cacti with a few trees when you get further up. (And I'm sure rattlesnakes will be emerging soon, so perhaps it will be a short lived tradition, at least for mommy.)
We have been amazed at the boys interest and also their ability to keep up with us. Usually we are asking them to slow down. --Tyra
