Unbelievable that Andrew can be SIX! We had a great time celebrating his birthday with some friends from school, some families from our life group, and Nana, Papa & Grandma, and Uncle Todd & Aunt Teri. We played "lots of games", it was one of his only requests for the party.
We don't really have birthDAYS we have birthday weeks, especially since Andrew and Austin's birthdays are only seven days apart. We have spent time looking at pictures of the day they were born, opening presents, eating lots of cake and going on special trips for ice cream (but the last one is really just for Daddy.)
Our baby is FOUR! Austin celebrated his fourth birthday with a family party this year. We let him invite two buddies from school and one of his favorite college students, Stephen, to play at Chuck E Cheese after school on his birthday. We are so blessed to have these precious gifts in our care. We love you both!

I can't believe they're 6 and 4! Made me think of A. A. Milne's poem, "Now I am six and I'm clever as clever. I think I'll stay six forever and ever!"
