Not what we wanted to hear!

Hi Tyra,

Our legal representative, wrote the following:

Cases have not been approved. MOWA didn't send its recommendation for 48 cases due to over work (that is what they said). This means that they have stopped working. That is disappointing.

We are planning to appeal to the bosses at MOWA.

There have been several times in past years when MOWA has slowed their working/approving of files because they said they were understaffed/overworked. Each time, they soon after began working again. But this has meant delays for cases awaiting approval letters. As soon as I know more I will let you know.

So that's our news.

"That is disappointing." Um, yeah! Maybe the understatement of the year, huh? Praying for you, friend. I'm so thankful that you've seen with your own eyes how well Desta is being cared for, and how much she is loved. While you ache, I have no doubt she is as happy and joyful as ever. : ) Praying the same is true of all the babies and children who are now having to wait even longer for their families.
