Still waiting to hear . . .

This is what we heard from the agency today.

Hi Tyra – three cases were submitted last week to the embassy– today we heard that one of the three cases ‘cleared’ from the embassy. We are still waiting to hear about your case and one other.

The courts are moving really slowly right now so Bobby and I are really surprised that the Embassy seems to be so behind. We assumed that they might be moving quickly since less people seem to be making it through court. The Embassy generally responds to the file submission in 2-6 business days. Day 6 is tomorrow. They can take as many days as they need to . . . as long as the answer is "Come!" when we finally hear from them.
